We want you to love your Alice and Wonder finds, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn, tagged items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and accessories are final sale to keep our boutique selection fresh.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Drop Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point within 5 business days of generating your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a small return shipping fee, within 7-10 business days.
